Where do you ship your wines?
We currently offer shipping across Canada. Please note that provincial regulations may apply to certain regions, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
How long does delivery typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, typically taking 3-5 business days for Ontario and 7-10 business days for the rest of Canada.
Can I return a bottle if I am not satisfied?
We take pride in our quality. If your wine is corked or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer discounts on case purchases?
Yes, we offer special pricing and reduced shipping rates for bulk orders and full case purchases of 12 bottles or more.
